Punishment is the beginning of reform! Unless we as a people can bring those who abused, looted , murdered our countrymen and dishonored us to jail, we will not have justice that will finally set us on the road to stability, peace and prosperity. Until the time that we as a people become capable of punishing the guilty, our country will remain as the land of a plundered people.
