"Enstakement" is the task of creating, broadening or deepening a person's sense of ownership of a particular social enterprise undertaken by a group of people.
Enstakement is the key to make an organization truly democratic by ensuring that all members of an enterprise are engaged or involved in the pursuit of the goals of their organization and most important, that they participate in the benefits that their efforts attain.
