Former PCCA apology to Estrada

I am deeply disappointed at former President Aquino's apology to deposed President Estrada for her participation in ousting him in 2001. While it is true that his ouster led to the takeover of a more ambitious, greedy and ruthless person, deposed President Estrada completely deserved what he got.

We Filipinos should not forget that Estrada also had and still has to answer for many scandals such as the PSE manipulation which brought it to the verge of collapse, the murder of Dacer and Corbito, the Jose Velarde account, etc. Besides, he was actually found guilty of plunder by our court.

We should never be sorry for standing up for truth. We should never regret doing the right thing.
